Kansas City at Detroit

Kansas City put on a hitting show against the hapless Tigers on Monday, coming back from a 5-1 deficit to win 14-6 while pounding out 13 hits. Maikel Franco hit a solo shot and a three-run homer, and the Royals hit six home runs overall. Kansas City exploded after scoring a total of only five runs in three games against the Indians. Dario Agrazal will start for Detroit, and he comes over from Pittsburgh where he was 4-5 with a 4.91 ERA last season. He gave up three runs in three innings against Cincinnati in an exhibition game last week. The Royals will use their bullpen for most of the game, and that will be enough against the punchless Tigers. Take the Royals.
