The Kansas City Royals have been buried at or near the bottom of the AL central for years. While they have made some upgrades, they are still a step or two behind. The Royals closed at 2-9 last season, after opening 3-14 which has been their norm. The White Sox will once again ride the arm of Chris Sale who proved to be one of the top chuckers in the league a year ago. The Royals fared poorly in the role of a dog from +110 to +150 where they are a woeful 26-54 in their last 80 and have had all sorts of problems solving lefthanded pitching where they are 25-60 in their last 85 on the road against them. Take Chicago in this one.
