While neither of these starting pitchers has been great this year, I don't think these offenses have much resistance to offer. The Astros get only 3.6 runs per game on the road and over their past seven overall, they've managed only 3.1 per contest. Toronto averages just 4.5 on the season and 4.1 vs. RHP. The Blue Jays bullpen has been outstanding (2.93 ERA with 1.133 WHIP). Since last season, Houston is 13-2 UNDER vs. bulllpens with a WHIP under 1.150. This season they are 10-2 UNDER vs. bullpens with a WHIP of 1.250 or less. Houston has seen the UNDER cash five straight times on the road and five of seven on the road with Myers on the mound. The Stros are also 25-9 UNDER in their last 34 when facing a team that scored 2 runs or less last game. Toronto is 9-1-1 UNDER in Morrow's last 11 starts vs. a losing team. Take the UNDER here.
