Houston at Seattle

Seattle had its four-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday, but the Mariners are still only a half-game out of a wild card spot and they are 33-22 at home this season. Yusei Kikuchi bounced back from a couple bad outings and allowed three runs on six hits in six innings Friday in a 4-3 win over Oakland. Kikuchi has been spectacular in six day games with a 3-1 record, 1.77 ERA and .159 opponent batting average. The left-hander has faced the Astros twice this year and given up five runs on seven hits in 14 innings. Jake Odorizzi has one start against Seattle in 2021 and was touched for four runs in 4 1/3 innings. Seattle has won four of five following a loss and 11 of 16 after allowing at least five runs its previous game. Take the Mariners.
