Jordan Lyles has pitched just one game, but it was a beauty. He gave up just one earned run on 5 hits in seven innings on the road vs. the Cubs last Tuesday. On the other side, Mat Latos has transformed his game. He started the season 0-5 with a 4.86 ERA, but in his last four starts, he has gone 3-1 with a 2.81 ERA. The problem for Latos of course is the San Diego offense which has barely topped .200 at home this season, averaging a ridiculous 2.4 runs per game. Over the past three seasons, the Padres are 71-47 UNDER when the total is set below 9. I like this game to go UNDER.
