The Astros have had their problems all season long. Their poor start has not been rectified as they stand at 17 games under .500 and are in danger of losing 100 games this season. Bud Norris certainly isn't the answer as he steps on the mound, bringing a near 7 ERA to show for the season. He has made 10 starts with eight of them resulting in allowing 3 runs or more, and opponents average 5.6 runs per game when he starts. The Astros are currently at 21-51 in their last 72 posted as a road dog, and 16-43 in their last 59 on the road vs. a right-hander. The Padres are 42-15 when posted as a favorite of -151 to -200. This one could get ugly, so I'll go with San Diego on the runline.
