Houston at Pittsburgh

One of the best stories in MLB this year has been the Pittsburgh Pirates. Most forget though, that last year they were 51-44 before pressure and injuries set them back, and they would up losing 90 games. This year it has been the pressure that has really gotten to this team down the stretch. The Pirates are 8-16 over their last 24 games, falling 11 games off the pace in the NL Central. What is worse is that they are 3-13 in their last 16 vs. a losing team, and even fell with a thud to this Houston team to open this series. Wandy Rodriquez has not upgraded the rotation, pitching to a 4.11 ERA since coming over from Houston who will try to make life miserable for him tonight. Play on Houston.
