Houston at Oakland

In their last four series the Oakland A's have faced the hot Los Angeles Angels twice and the surging Mariners once. They have struggled against some teams playing at a peak level, but in between they caught Houston and took two of three on the road. I think that this team finds a solid stretch here in this series, as Oakland has done a lot of things well as a team. One of their biggest assets is they tend to show up for every game, even when playing a team they should easily handle. The record shows that as well as the A's are 114-39 in their last 153 games as as a -201 or greater favorite. Houston has been lost on the road for quite some time as they are an awful 84-191 in their last 275 road games. The A's need to get back in the comfort zone, and no better place to start than at home vs. a weak team, as their history shows they have come up aces. Play on Oakland.
