Houston at Minnesota

Minnesota has won eight of its last 10 games, following last night's 3-1 win over the Astros, who have lost nine of their last 11 games while scoring an average of 2.2 runs per game. Houston has lost three of Mike Fiers' last four starts and he has allowed 15 earned runs and 28 hits his last 26 1/3 innings. Also, Fiers has a 5.83 ERA on the road and he's given up four runs and nine hits in 4 2/3 innings against the Twins this year. Hector Santiago is 10-5 and making his second start for the Twins after being traded by the Angels. Santiago was 6-0 with a 1.78 ERA in July and gave up one run and three hits in 6 1/3 innings against the Astros earlier this season. Houston has lost seven of its last 10 meetings in Minnesota and seven of Fiers' last nine road starts.   Houston has lost its last four road games. Play the Twins.
