Houston at Los Angeles

The Houston Astros appear to be an improved team over what we saw here the last three years where they lost 105 or more games in each of them. That may not be reality, as Houston caught lightning in a bottle over a 19 game stretch that saw them go 14-5. Otherwise this team looks a lot like the teams we have seen the last three years as they are 22-47. The Angels are finally looking like the team they were supposed to be the last couple of seasons, and are on an 11-3 run, and won the first two in this series rather easily. Houston is an ugly 42-131 in their last 173 games vs. a winning team, and the Angels are cashing in big vs. losing teams where they own a 38-14 mark in their last 52 against them. Back the Angels in this one.
