Houston at Kansas City

Houston got off to a slow start, but the Astros won their second in a row defeating Texas 10-5 last night as Yordan Alvarez homered for the second consecutive game and finished with three hits. The bullpen did a superb job by not allowing any runs in 8 1/3 innings after the Rangers scored five times in the first inning. Cristian Javier goes tonight and he has not allowed a run in 11 innings this season and he gave up just one hit in five innings against Toronto on Wednesday. Kansas City starter Cole Ragans has allowed just two runs on six hits in 12 2/3 innings. The Royals have allowed only 2.5 runs per game this season and they are 6-3 UNDER and Houston is 7-3 UNDER.
