Houston at Cleveland

The Houston hitters have suddenly gone cold and the Astros have lost three in a row while scoring only five runs against Toronto. Meanwhile, Cleveland has gotten hot winning four of its past five games, including 10-3 over Boston on Thursday when Jose Ramirez homered in his first three at-bats and from both sides of the plate and totaled five RBIs. The Guardians had eight straight hits and scored five runs in the sixth inning and they appear to be doing the same as in 2022 when the offense started slowly and then picked up when the weather warmed up. Logan Allen is 3-2 with a 2.76 ERA and the Guardians have won his past two starts as he has given up just two runs on 10 hits in 13 innings.
