The Chicago White Sox were a hot team coming into this series with the Astros, and were quickly reminded that this isn't the same Houston team that lost 106 games a year ago. The Astros have quietly now won three of their last five games all as a sizeable underdog, and the number posted here is not representative of their level of play this season. More importantly Houston has scored 60 runs in their last 11 games, good for 5.5 per contest and are swinging the bats well enough for them to be in this one. The White Sox have had a pretty sizeable recent history of being no-shows as they were last night at home vs. losing teams, as they are 6-15 in their last 21 here against them. Play on Houston.
