Houston at Boston

Last season he threw well at home, but was 2-6 on the road with a 4.60 ERA. He faces a red-hot Boston lineup averaging 6.3 runs per game in May. The Astros are on a 18-42 run on the road, including 1-10 in McCullers' last 11 road starts. The Red Sox have recorded a stunning 51 runs on 62 hits in their last four contests. Jackie Bradley, Jr. (who bats ninth!) is riding an 18-game hitting streak, highlighted by a 12-for-21 stretch (.571), with three homers, and 14 RBIs during the team's winning streak. The Red Sox have scored 11 or more runs in four straight games and is 25-9 when their opponent allows five runs or more in their previous game. Boston goes with knuckleballer Steven Wright (1.52 ERA), who has been their best pitcher, off a 5-1 win at Yankee Stadium, giving up just three hits.
