The Houston Astros won a rare laugher here last night, defeating Baltimore 11-0. The Orioles in the interim were trading for Bud Norris who will start against his old teammates tonight. If anyone knows the tendencies of the weak Astros' lineup it is Norris. The Orioles have really struggled of late, and Chris Davis who had 37 home runs at the All-Star break, has hit just 1 since. And the Orioles have produced just 19 runs in their last seven games, having been shutout twice. Houston has played decidedly UNDER when following a game where their opponent scored 2 runs or less as they are 7-1 in their last eight to the UNDER in this spot, as well as 16-5 to the UNDER if their opponent allowed 5+ runs in their previous game. Baltimore is 5-0-1 to the UNDER vs. a team that allowed 2 runs or less in their last game, as well as 16-5-3 to the UNDER when following a loss in their last 24. Dan Iassagna's last eight games calling balls and strikes indicates a pitcher-friendly strike zone, as they have played 7-0-1 to the UNDER when he's making the calls. The UNDER gets the call in this one.
