Detroit at New York

Detroit is the only undefeated team left in the majors and New York is one of two that has yet to win a game. The Mets have scored more than one run just once in four games and have been outscored 19-8. The teams went into the 10th inning tied 0-0 on Monday and then the Tigers exploded for five runs and won 5-0. Detroit has been getting great pitching from its starters and its bullpen and Casey Mize will make his first start in two years following Tommy John surgery. Detroit will face Adrian Houser, who has made two starts in his career against the Tigers and has a 9.31 ERA and a 1.66 WHIP against them. This is the first game of a doubleheader. Take the Tigers.
