Detroit at Kansas City

We continue to selectively go against the Royals and it hasn't failed us yet. This line is relatively small considering what we have here. Detroit is 29-14 while KC is just 10-31. On the road the Tigers are 16-7 while KC is 8-11 at home. Detroit's bullpen is great while Kansas City's is awful. The Royals bullpen has allowed 104 runs, 172 hits, 21 homers and 67 walks in 148 innings. They've blown 10 out of 15 save opportunities. Detroit by the way is 14-4 this season vs. teams with bad bullpens (ERA 4.50+). Teams hitting under .265 starting a pitcher whose WHIP is 1.700 or worse on the season facing a very good starting pitcher (ERA under 3.50) are 8-38 (17%) over the last 5 seasons.
