Detroit at Houston

The Detroit Tigers appeared to have it al and looked to be the team to represent the AL in the Fall Classic, but the wheels fell off early, and the Tigers are going to be sitting out of the postseason. However, the Tigers find themselves in a relatively good spot tonight in Houston. The Astros have dropped seven of their last nine, and may be feeling the pressure with a young contending team. Dallas Keuchel has had a great season, but in three appearances vs. the Tigers he is saddled with a 5.09 ERA. The Tigers could get a lift tonight as Miguel Cabrera may see action, coming off the DL. The Tigers are also in a historically strong big dog spot, one that has produced an ROI of 13.4% over the last dozen seasons. Take Detroit as a big dog tonight.
