Detroit at Boston

The Boston Red Sox offense has really not found their way yet. The weather in Boston may be a contributor to that, and again tonight with the same chilly air-mass holding ground in Bean Town, with the showers and fog we saw last night in a 1-0 Sox verdict. It was difficult last night, but tonight won't get any easier with a pair of aces on the mound with Justin Verlander for the Tigers and Josh Beckett for the Sox. The Tigers are struggling for runs vs. winning teams, and show a goose egg in the over count vs. a team better than .500 in their last seven. Beckett is throwing darts again and has the Sox and their puzzling offensive woes at 8-1 to the UNDER in his last nine starts. The UNDER gets the call.
