Detroit at Baltimore

These teams have split the first two games of the series, and tonight, despite the Tigers having won just twice in their last 14 games, I like them to win the series here. Ryan Carpenter hasn't been great this season, but in his lone road outing, he allowed just one earned run in five innings. Baltimore goes with John Means, who has been a pleasant surprise. The problem for them is their bullpen is pretty awful, posting a 6.54 home ERA. And while Detroit has averaged just 3.4 runs per game overall, they are hitting southpaws like Means well, averaging 5.8 runs per game vs. lefties. Since the 2017 season, the Orioles are just 39-67 vs. bad teams like Detroit (those at .460 or worse), losing dime bettors over $29K in those games. Take the Tigers here.
