The Colorado Rockies have a team that is built for Coors Field, and it has been the case for years. They truly hold an advantage there, even in years such as this when they are just a pedestrian team at best. Colorado has played to a 39-35 record at home, and might be a playoff-caliber team if they could schedule 162 games at Coors. The problem, as it always has been, is their play on the the road. Colorado is 20-54 on the road, which over 162 games would translate to a 44-118 record, obviously ugly. There is a bigger problem than that, and when they are a dog from +151 to +200 the record falls to a disturbing 9-44 in their last 52. Translate that to 162 game season and they would be 28-134. Now take a look at the line here that is roughly 2-1 odds against them. Not very appealing is it? Take St. Louis in this one.
