Colorado at San Diego

The San Diego Padres have been better than most anticipated, but are still a flawed offensive team, one that has scored three runs or less 13 times already. The pitching has been the key as the Padres staff has allowed just 14 runs in their last eight games and have spun three shutouts over the last six games. The Padre staff now has an amazing six shutouts already on the season. The Rockies are really pounding the ball at home as evidenced by their 43 runs in their six game home stand, but on the road this trip they are just 14 runs in five games. The Rockies are now 38-18-5 to the UNDER  in their last 61 as a dog, while the Padres stand 56-24-1 in their last 71 as a home favorite. UNDER gets the call.
