Colorado at San Diego

Colorado is starting to win some road games, including the last two at San Diego, and they beat the Padres 5-3 on Saturday when German Marquez not only outdueled Yu Darvish, but he also hit a home run. Today it's Austin Gomber going for the Rockies, and they have won five of his past six starts, including 12-3 over the Dodgers on Tuesday when he allowed two runs on five hits in six innings. Gomber has a 2.87 ERA and .144 opponent batting average in day games, and he has given up only two runs (one earned) in 19 1/3 innings against San Diego this year. Colorado has won seven of the past nine meetings, the Padres have lost five of their last seven, and they are playing without injured Fernando Tatis, Jr. Take the Rockies.
