The Phillies took a 1-0 series lead with a complete game performance by Cliff Lee, and will go woith Cole Hamels in game two. The Phillies lefthander was named the MVP of the NL Championship Series, as well as the World Series. Hamels is obviously no stranger to the postseason, and last year deleivered a 4-0 record with a 1.80 ERA. Rockies' starter Aaron Cook is recently off of shoulder problems, and he has not been able to stand up to the test of the potent Philly's lineup. Cook stands in at a paltry 1-5 against the Philys over his career with a king size 6.02 ERA. Phillies lefthand hitters Rollins, Howard, and Utley all have .350+ career averages against Cook. The Phillies are creating a homefield monster as they have now won eight straight post-season games here, and I look for them to get the win in this one.
