The Phillies continue to march out a quality pitcher for every game, making it exceedingly difficult on the opponents. Cole Hammels is near the bottom of the rotation, but not in stature where he is 4-2 pitching to a 3.19 ERA on the season. Hammels prowess on the mound, combined with a Phillies offense that isn't what it once was, has led to a 27-10-2 mark to the UNDER in his last 39 starts. One of the big things about sticking on a big league roster as a pitcher is being able to pitch on the road. DeLaRosa has done well enough to lead the Rockies to a 9-1 mark to the UNDER in his last ten road starts. I like the UNDER in this one.
