Philadelphia has found their offense notching 35 hits in the first three games of this series. They have won the first three games by a combined score of 18-2. The absence of Troy Tuulowitzki is really hurting the Rockies and I don't see much changing tonight. Happ gets his first start since returning from the DL. Last season he went 12-4 with a 2.93 ERA and he looked good in his appearance this season. The Rockies, managing only 3.8 runs per game on the road this season, will have trouble again keeping up with the revitalized Phillies offense. This season, the Rocks are just 15-25 in expected close games (line of -125 to +125). That includes an 8-21 mark as a road dog and 3-13 as a road dog of +100 to +125. I like Philly here for the sweep.
