Johnny Cueto will make only his second start of the season for Miami after pitching three innings against Baltimore on Sunday after returning from a biceps injury he suffered in April. Miami's bullpen has a 4.12 ERA and 1.32 WHIP. The value lies with the road underdog in this matchup and take the Rockies as a Max Play.
