Colorado looks to break a two-game losing streak and it has the right guy on the mound in German Marquez. Marquez has not allowed more than three runs over his last seven starts, including six shutout innings at Cleveland on Tuesday. Marquez is 4-2 with a 3.42 ERA on the road and 3-0 and 2.29 in day games. The Rockies have won five of his last six starts during which Marquez has 41 strikeouts. Vance Worley has a 4.82 ERA this season and opposing hitters are batting .287 against him. In four home starts, Worley has allowed 17 runs on 30 hits in 29 2/3 innings and in day games, and he has given up 13 runs on 23 hits in 18 innings.
