Colorado at Los Angeles

Colorado has won two in a row and four of six and it catches Los Angeles coming off a four-game series against the second-place Padres. Kyle Freeland has allowed only 12 runs his last five starts and the Rockies have won three of them, including 7-4 against the Dodgers on Tuesday when he gave up three runs on six hits in six innings. Freeland has pitched much better on the road where he has a 2.91 ERA and .231 opponent batting average compared to 5.23 and .300 at home. Julio Urias has faced Colorado twice this year and allowed nine runs (six earned) on 12 hits in 7 1/3 innings. Colorado has won four of the last five meetings and they are 9-2 their past 11 games versus NL West teams. With the Dodgers in a letdown spot following their big series with San Diego, there is good line value on the road dog. Play the Rockies.
