The Rockies look like the team that closed out '07 on a huge run as they have now won 16 of their last 17, but as baseball goes each day is different and brings a new challenge. One challenge for the Rockies is their poor road history and their pathetic resume on the interleague highway, especially vs righthand pitching. The Rockies are just 14-45 in their last 59 in interleague play vs righthanders. They also have a pitcher in Cook with good numbers, but he has not been good against the good teams on the road, those teams that sport a winning record. The Rockies are just 8-20 in that situation with Cook on the hill. The Angels have Matt Palmer on the mound and they are 8-1 in his nine starts on the season. The Angels turn it up a notch against the better teams and have amassed a 57-28 mark against teams with a winning record in their last 85 against them at home. I like the Angels in this one on the runline.
