Colorado at Kansas City

The Kansas City Royals opened the season at 10-20 into early May, and it sure looked like a team that was going to struggle all season as the offense looked very weak. Things began to click for this team from that point on, and they have now become a bonafide Wild Card contender in the AL. They are playing well right now having won three straight, and look for the sweep today vs. Colorado. The Rockies have a good offense, but good offenses over the course of 162 games go through slumps, and the Colorado offense is in a deep cavern right now, scoring four or fewer runs in 13 of their last 15 games. That has left this team just 4-11 over the period, and just 1-6 on the road, scoring 4 runs or fewer in all seven. Kansas City gets the call.
