Colorado at Detroit

Colorado is 16-24 and 9-14 on the road. Detroit is 23-16 and 14-5 at home. Given those numbers, this line provides value. But it gets better. Detroit has been lights-out in interleague play over the past few years. Last year they were 13-5 and over the past three years they are 42-12 vs. the NL! At home they are 22-5 over that span in interleauge play! This season they are averaging 6.6 runs per game at home and over the past seven games they have averaged 7.4. Ubaldo Jimenez has been solid and he has a bright future but the fact remains that with him toeing the rubber, the Rockies are 3-4 overall including 1-3 ont he road. The past two seasons the Rockies are just 1-14 on the road after batting .225 or worse over a five-game span. I like Detroit to get it done tonight.
