The Arizona Diamondbacks are finished for the season, so they are certainly not in a mindset of doing anything but playing out the string after contending for most of the season. Roy Oswalt and Wade Miley are both on extended losing streaks, with the D-Backs losing four straight behind Miley, and the Rockies five straight behind Oswalt, so not much of an edge to be garnered there. The Diamodbacks have shown little interest down the stretch in these games as a big favorite, and ultimately that has left them empty, as they are 0-5 in their last five games as a favorite from -151 to -200, and have fallen to 3-8 in their last 11 vs. a pitcher with a WHIP greater than 1.30. Can't back the favorite here, too much baggage, play on Colorado.
