The Arizona Diamondbacks, posted as a dog to the Rockies, came away with a 4-3 win. The Rockies early on opened 11-2 and were simply finding ways to win, but their fortunes have changed and this has never been a club whose long-term game translates well on the road. The Rockies are 6-8 in their last 14 after the big start and are now 1-7 in their last eight on the road vs. a team with a winning home record. Totals from 9-10.5, basically anticipated high scoring games on the road, have not been kind to Colorado where they are 7-19, while in the same situation, the D-Backs are 6-1 in all games to the same total range. I am on Arizona here.
