We have all heard of Ubaldo Jimenez' amazing season. To have a 0.78 ERA eleven starts into the season is truly amazing. What's crazier is that he has been getting better. In his last three starts, he has gone 24 innings, allowing only 11 hits and no runs. In seven road games this season, he has allowed just 3 runs to 49 K's. Will that level of pitching continue? No way. But, the reality is he is on fire and should continue to outshine his opponents. It will be interesting to see what he does against a potent D-Backs offense that scores 5.6 runs per game at home. I believe he will do very well. And, Colorado should be able to score here vs. Rodrigo Lopez (5.52 home ERA) and a horrible Arizona bullpen that has posted a 7.38 ERA thus far this season. The Rockies are 43-12 the past two seasons as a favorite of -150 or more so they simply win the games they are supposed to. That includes a 15-1 mark with Jimenez on the mound. Take the Ubaldo and the Rocks here.
