Cleveland won a slugfest, 9-8, over the Blue Jays on Saturday for its sixth win in the last nine meetings, and the Indians have won four of their last five games overall. Mike Clevinger has pitched better than his 11-7 record indicates, and he has a 2.32 ERA since the All-Star break. Clevinger has had many no-decisions despite well-pitched games this season, and he hasn't allowed more than three runs in any of his last nine starts. The Tribe has won five of his last six starts, including a 9-3 victory over Kansas City on Tuesday when he gave up just one run on three hits in six innings. Tom Pannone has 17 2/3 innings pitched this year allowing nine runs on 16 hits with four walks and two homers. This will be only his third start.
