The Cleveland Indians could be headed for 100 losses this season, and their road futility continues. They have gone just 17-39 in their last 56 vs. a right-hand starter on the road, and stand at just 26-59 in their last 85 posted as a dog. Put them out as a road dog and the number drops further to just 14-40 in their last 54. Needless to say, they're not a very competitive team when hitting the road. Texas has dominated at home with a 30-15 mark for the season. Those numbers get better against teams with losing records, as the Rangers are 18-6 at home vs. a team under .500. The Indians are just 2-8 in their last 10 games vs. the Rangers. The Rangers are eating up right-hand pitching entering here at 23-9 at home vs. a righthander in their last 32. I like Texas on the runline.
