The Indians had to be feeling good about opening their series with Texas last night. They had just beaten Boston and had a newly acquired ace on the mound in Ubaldo Jimenez. They came out smoking with seven runs in the first thre innings and ended up coughing up the game as Michael Young hit a two run homer to tie it in the ninth. Texas came away with an extra inning win and a real downer for the Tribe. This is a team starved for something good to happen as they have lost some confidence and are in the midst of an 8-16 run over their last 24. Last night won't help the cause as the Rangers are now 19-9 in their last 28, including 12-3 at home where they have outscored their opponents by an amazing 60 runs in the 12 home wins, or by five a game. I am on Texas on the runline in this one.
