It is starting to look like a familiar story in Cleveland as the Tribe opened some eyes with a 13-5 start a year ago, held on for awhile and then fell apart. This season they opened at 17-11 sitting atop the AL Central, but have begun to show their true colors once again, failing in five of their last six. Despite the numbers early on, you still have to respect the fact that Carl Pavano is a career winning pitcher. That has been true over the last six years as well, as many have seen him as a fallen pitcher on the decline. Jeanmar Gomez has to be feeling his oats as a young pitcher getting lit up for 8 runs in his last outing vs. the White Sox.
