The Houston Astros certainly have made progress. They lost 106+ games in each of the last three seasons, but this season they will see the curtain come down with the loss column under 90. That is a huge improvement. The Tribe held themselves in the race longer than most expected, and while technically still alive, they are a miracle away from making the playoffs at this point. Their road woes have been the difference as they are 10 games below .500 away from Cleveland. Scott Feldman has made five straight quality starts, lowering his ERA for the season to under 4. Danny Salazar has allowed 9 runs over his last two starts and is not pitching very well, and Cleveland is just 3-7 in his last 10 road starts. Houston has beaten up bad starters down the stretch as they are now 7-1 in their last eight vs. a team with a starter that has a WHIP greater than 1.30. Make the play on Houston.
