Cleveland at Houston

The Houston Astros finished the last three seasons with 106 losses or more. This team has made great strides this season, one in which they will ultimately finish with less than 90 losses, but there is still work to do to be a contender. The Tribe hung tough all season, but with just 12 games to play and five games behind for the second Wild Card spot, and too many teams to pass, their opportunity is now behind them. The Tribe may be feeling the effects of lost hope here, especially vs. a less than average team. Playing on the road has not exactly been their forte this season either, where they are 11 games under .500. The Indians are just 7-17 in Carrasco's last 24 starts, and the improving Astros have won five straight after scoring 2 or fewer runs in their previous game - a certain mark of the progress they have made.
