The Indians cruised all season uncontested in the rather weak AL Central, and I believe that kept this team from winning more games, as they had a relaxed season, uncontested, and their best baseball may be in front of them. The Indians have had long-term success vs. Justin Verlander, as they are the only team from the AL Central, where he spent most of his career in Detroit. The Tribe is 24-20 vs. Verlander, who has a 4.71 ERA against them. Cory Kluber is one of four Indians' starters to post 200+ strikeouts this season. Kluber was 1-0 in two starts vs. Houston this season with a nifty 1.35 ERA. This one looks pretty even, so the value goes to the sizable dog. Play on Cleveland.
