Cleveland at Detroit

Detroit comes off a four-game sweep of Seattle and now is in revenge mode after losing all six meetings with Cleveland this season. Jordan Zimmermann had two rough outings but then pitched a gem at Kansas City allowing just one run and four hits in eight innings before the Tigers lost in 13 innings at Kansas City. Detroit is 21-13 at home and the Indians are just 18-18 on the road. Danny Salazar is 8-3 with a 2.23 ERA but last year against the Tigers, the right-hander gave up 20 runs and 34 hits in 28 1/3 innings for a 6.04 ERA. Salazar is 1-3 with a 4.76 ERA at Comerica Park the last three seasons and the Tigers are fourth in the major leagues with an .808 OPS at home. Detroit has won 16 of its last 21 home games.
