Cleveland at Chicago

Cleveland won its eighth in a row as Jose Ramirez banged out four hits in a 9-3 win Friday night. The Indians improved to 28-21 on the road while the last-place White Sox fell to 19-26 at home. Corey Kluber is 8-3 with a 2.74 ERA and has not given up more than three runs in any of his last 10 starts, including a 7-3 win over the White Sox on June 9. Kluber had a 1.26 ERA in June and 1.93 so far in July and opponents are batting just .199 against him overall. Chicago has lost 35 of its last 51 overall, including its last eight home games and the Sox are 2-9 in Miguel Gonzalez's last 11 starts. Gonzalez has faced Cleveland twice this year and allowed seven runs on 14 hits in just 9 1/3 innings. Cleveland is trying to hold off the streaking Royals for first place in the AL Central, so take the Indians today.
