The Orioles' staff has allowed 29 runs in their last four games, and the bullpen has logged a lot of innings. Justin Masterson looks for win No. 10 tonight for the Indians, and he has allowed just 3 runs over his last two starts. Masterson is having a brilliant season, with more strikeouts than innings pitched while allowing 20 less hits than innings pitched. Chris Tillman has had a good season for the O's, but carries the burden of a 5.27 career ERA vs. Cleveland into this contest.
