Cleveland has won Tanner Bibee's past four starts and he has allowed only five earned runs in 21 2/3 innings in that span, including a 6-1 win over Kansas City on Thursday when he gave up one run on four hits in five innings. The Guardians will try to salvage the final game of this series and Bibee has done his best work in day games with a 3-0 record and 2.37 ERA and .225 opponent batting average. Texas batters will be seeing him for the first time and Cleveland's bullpen is tied for the majors' lead with a 1.18 WHIP. Martin Perez was knocked out in the second inning his last start on July 3 after allowing six runs on six hits, including three homers and although he is 7-3 he has a 4.81 ERA and 1.48 WHIP.
