Cleveland at Los Angeles

The LA Angels knew the impact of losing Othani would have both at the plate, and on the mound. The Angels are just 20-30 on the season. The Angels have been a different team over the last week or so. The Angels are 5-2 in their last seven games. Pitching has played a big role as those games showed the opponent scored three or fewer runs in five of them. The Guardians are certainly contenders in the AL this season. Cleveland will enter this game at 33-17. The Guardians have won nine of their last 10 games, and concluded their six game homestand at 6-0. I think they can be vulnerable tonight as they move to the West Coast for this one. They very easily could be taking a breath after a great homestand. I will make the play on the LA Angels.
