Cleveland at Kansas City

Just like last year, Cleveland is making a midseason run and the Guardians have won seven of nine after demolishing the Royals 14-1 on Wednesday as Jose Ramirez hit a grand slam and drove in five runs and Josh Bell added a homer and four RBIs. The Guardians have been getting good pitching recently and have held Kansas City to two runs the first two games of this series and they have Shane Bieber going today. Bieber has a 3.69 ERA and 1.23 WHIP and Royal hitters are 18-for-75 for a .240 batting average against him and he is 6-0 with a 3.03 ERA in his career versus the Royals. Cleveland has taken over first place in the AL Central while the Royals are firmly in last place and only 10-30 at home this season. Zack Grienke has not won a decision in nine starts, including an 0-4 record and 5.36 ERA as his career is winding down. Cleveland has won 23 of 32 at Kansas City. Take the Guardians as a Max Play.
