Cleveland's pitching staff has already held opponents to four or fewer runs 61 times this season. Surprisingly, the Tigers have allowed four or fewer runs against 50 opponents. These teams have combined to go 16-9 to the UNDER in their last 25 meetings. I like the pitching value here on both sides and will go with the UNDER.
