Cleveland at Cincinnati

The Cincinnati Reds got a poor pitching outing in the series opener vs the in-state rival Cleveland Guardians. The Reds managed five runs, but could not overcome a 10-run barrage by the Guardians. This afternoon should be a different story, as the Reds (2-3) will send Nick Lodolo to the mound. Lodolo will be making his first-ever start vs the Guardians, while Cleveland counters with Tristan McKenzie, who saw his team lose to the Reds in his lone previous start against them.
